Dr. Reena is a consultant with Sharp Sight Eye Hospitals. She has completed her MBBS from (RIMS, Ranchi) and she completed both her MD (Ophthal) and Senior Residency from the prestigious RP Centre, AIIMS, New Delhi. She has over 10+ yrs of experience in Phacoemulsification cataract surgery with monofocals, multifocal and toric IOLS included glued IOLs for aphakic eyes. She has also done her Senior Residency in Cornea, Cataract, Refractive Services and Eye Banking from AIIMS, New Delhi. Cataract surgery: ECCE, SICS, Phacoemulsification and Pediatric cataract extraction – Corneal Transplants including PKP, DSEAK, DALK and LK. Refractive procedures like Phakic IOLs, LASIK, PRK and PTK. Other surgeries: Corneal perforation repair, DCR, Evisceration, Enucleation, Intravitreal injections, Pterygium / Chalazion excision, Lid laceration repair, Trabeculectomy. She has a keen interest in academics with numerous publications, book chapters and presentations in various National and International forums.
